If there’s one thing that makes me as mad as a spitting squirrel, it’s clicking on yet ANOTHER link/squeeze page/website which is promising budding internet marketers the earth overnight, simply at the click of a button!

No-one ever said building an online business was easy – it takes time, patience and a TON of hard slog to build the foundations and for any newcomer especially, believing that there’s a pot of gold at the end of a squeeze page will only lead to disappointment and disillusion.

Have these people no scruples? Don’t they care that they’re putting out their rubbishy products to the unsuspecting newcomers, encouraging them to part with their hard-earned money with false promises of overnight success and millionaire bank balances? How do they sleep at night?   Having learnt both my internet marketing skills and the proper way to conduct myself in my online dealings from the best mentor around, Chris Farrell, I’m always disgusted when I see these trashy offers being peddled by people whose only thought is for lining their own pockets.

Internet marketing sometimes has a bad name and it’s not surprising when you see the plethora of junk doing the rounds; one hyped-up product after the other, each promising you an instant business that’ll churn dollars into your bank account overnight.   So often, the “shiny object syndrome” kicks in,  tempting you to buy into the next advertised launch in the hope that THIS time, you’ll have found the only thing you’ll need to make it big.

Take some advice from someone who’s been there, done that and got the t-shirt; there is NO easy push-button success in this business. If you want to see money in your bank within days, then building an online business is definitely not for you. Learning to build a sustainable internet business  may take you many months but along your journey, you’ll hopefully learn some awesome skills, meet some wonderful people and finally, begin to see some income as a reward for all your hard work and effort.
